Today Viet Rest stands as one of the most prestigious institutions and a symbol of Traditional Vietnamese food in the UK. We are passionate about serving good quality food in a very friendly environment and our attempt at Viet Rest is just that.
We use only fresh ingredients in our dishes which are sourced locally. We have renovated our restaurant but our values remain the same. Our customer’s all-time-favorite dishes continue to be a part of the menu but we have also introduced new dishes which reflect the contemporary style of cooking in Vietnam today - a style that embraces the concept of fresh, seasonal and exciting food.
